Required Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried oyster mushrooms
- 1 finely chopped capsicum
- 1 sliced carrot
- ½ cup diced broccoli
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger - garlic paste
- Salt and pepper as per taste
Method of preparation:
- Re hydrate the mushrooms by soaking them in warm water for 20 minutes.
- Drain and chop the mushrooms.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté ginger and garlic paste.
- Add capsicum, broccoli and carrot, stir-frying for 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and soy sauce, let cook for 2 minutes.
- Add vinegar and cook until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
